Do you personalize outside items?

Yes, we will personalize items not purchased in our store.

How much is a monogram?

Our prices vary based on size, but the average 3 inch monogram is $9.00.

How late do you stay open?

Our business hours are 10:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Do you sell vinyl?

We do not sell vinyl to customers, but we do cut and press vinyl and HTV in store.

When will my item be ready?

Our average turnaround time is 3 days. For special designs, the customer must come in to the store and the turnaround will be determined by the designer.

Can I get it done faster?

If we are able to, we can rush your item for an additional charge.

Do you have products in the store to be personalized?

We do! Our store contains some shirts and hats to be purchased and personalized. Most of our stock is engravable items. For items not in stock, we will have samples available for customers who wish to place an order.

Can you put my logo on a shirt or an engraved item?

Yes! For most logos, we charge a one time digitizing fee. On occasion, this charge does not apply. Please come to the store or call for details.

What does your store sell?

Our store is mostly a service based business, but we sell some items to be personalized via embroidery, engraving, and T-shirt printing.

Can I place orders over the phone?

We prefer customers come in or email to place orders.
